Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover any shipping costs.

Wrong Item Sent
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the product. We’ll send the correct item at no extra charge.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible, as all products are made to order. However, i there’s an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it quickly.

Shipping Issues
