Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in our products, and we hope you love your order. Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, if there are any issues with your order, please review our policy below:

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover any shipping costs.

Wrong Item Sent
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the product. We’ll send the correct item at no extra charge.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible, as all products are made to order. However, i there’s an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it quickly.

Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed or lost, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to
resolve it with the carrier.

Non-Defective Products
We do not accept returns for non-defective items.
